P3 Hotel Software launches new booking engine at $175 per month
Hotel software solutions provider P3 Hotel Software has opened a new frontier in the direct bookings market with the launch of a new cost-effective booking engine that can be deployed in a single day.
The P3 Essential booking engine provides hotels of all sizes with a fully integrated reservations solution – including reservations and secure payment integration – for an all-inclusive flat rate starting at just $175 per month.
The Irish company developed the product after identifying the need for an affordable booking engine solution for hotels migrating from legacy on-premise property management systems to any version of the hotel reservation and property management system. OPERA from Oracle Hospitality.

“That’s what P3 Essential is: a fast, easy, and affordable software solution for many of the functionality issues that many hotels face when they have an outdated booking engine that isn’t properly integrated with Oracle OPERA. .
“We now hope that the owner of any hotel, regardless of size or budget, will feel they can afford a fully integrated booking engine that will solve these problems, and also improve the booking experience for guests. to help drive direct bookings.”
P3 Essential provides hotels with all the core functionality of the P3 personalized booking engine. These include integrated secure payments with all major payment gateway providers, integration with P3 online check-in and payment, event and corporate pricing, and branding around colors and fonts to match the hotel’s existing brand identity.
It doesn’t include P3’s AI-powered functionality or its special offers section, and it also lacks the unique web design and brand customization that the P3 personalized booking engine offers.
Peter Hinds said: “P3 Essential is an entry level product, but it has all the main features. Importantly, it fully and seamlessly integrates with OPERA via OWS and OPERA Cloud via OHIP. But because it only takes a day to set up and deploy, we can onboard customers and get them up and running quickly. »
P3 Essential costs $175 per month for hotels with up to 49 rooms. This price goes up to $225 for hotels with 50 to 100 rooms, then to $275 for hotels with more than 100 rooms. There are no commissions, transaction or setup fees – just an all-inclusive flat subscription fee each month. The minimum duration of the contract is 12 months.
The launch of P3 Essential comes quickly after the Dublin-based software solutions provider secured a €750,000 investment to fund its expansion into the US and German markets. The company, an Oracle strategic partner that currently works exclusively with Oracle Hospitality, has experienced continued strong growth in recent years.
