BMW X3 now available with diesel engine in India

BMW kicked off 2022 in India with the launch of the 2022 X3 last month. A facelift of the SUV that rivals Mercedes-Benz GLC and Audi Q5, Volvo XC60, and more, the 2022 X3 was initially launched with a gasoline engine only. It is a 2.0-liter turbocharged petrol engine that develops 248 hp and 350 Nm of peak torque. But now the X3 can also be purchased with a diesel engine; the German automaker recently launched the X3 xDrive20d diesel variant in India at ₹65.5 lakh (ex-showroom). It is important to note that the BMW X3 diesel is only available on the Luxury Edition version while the petrol engine is available in the SportX Plus and M Sport versions.
